Kerala reopens for tourism
Kerala reopened to tourists on Monday 12 October 2020 with great news: its Kappad beach is one among eight in India to receive the coveted international Blue Flag certification for its good environmental standards.
All travellers will have to register online before their visit. Short stays of up to seven days do not require quarantine. Those intending to stay longer than a week need to have a valid COVID-19 negative test report on arrival or get tested in Kerala, to avoid a seven-day quarantine.
